By using VibingBros ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms.

1. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide honest, constructive reviews of other members' projects
• Not submit spam, abusive, or deliberately unhelpful reviews
• Not manipulate the karma system through fake accounts or coordinated voting
• Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members
• Respect intellectual property and only submit projects you have the right to share

Violations may result in karma penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

2. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of any projects, code, and content you submit to the Platform
• Reviews you write are licensed to the Platform for display purposes
• You grant other members the right to view and interact with your public project listings
• The Platform does not claim any ownership of your intellectual property

3. Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews are moderated for quality and may be filtered by our spam detection system
• The Platform reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Karma awards are calculated automatically and may be adjusted if abuse is detected
• Project ratings reflect community feedback and are not endorsed by the Platform

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Repeatedly violate these terms or community guidelines
• Accumulate excessive strikes for low-quality reviews
• Engage in manipulation of the karma or ranking systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Any specific number of reviews for your projects
• The accuracy or usefulness of reviews received
• The availability of any particular feature

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibingBros and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
